A top level house management
We take care of all the maintenance of the house, the garden, the pool, and make sure the property stays always in a perfect condition.
Laundry and house keeping
We make sure each time you arrive to enjoy your Unic house you feel at home with a 5 star hotel level of confort. The house is always clean and healthy.
Concierge
Buying a Unic house will allow you to be served by your house manager who can organize special services from parties to chef at home to activities in the area but will also be there to help in case of problem and emergency.
Lockers
Each house will offer a dedicated storage safe space where you can keep your own belongings from one stay till the other.
